Hay's Dock by the Dowry opens at Shetland Museum and Archives

Food and drink is back on the menu at Shetland Museum and Archives, with the much-anticipated opening of ‘Hay’s Dock by the Dowry’.

The waterfront setting will be home to The Dowry, which has expanded its café/restaurants, and will now have two premises, both on Commercial Street and at the museum.

The menu will include Dowry favourites using local produce, brunch, lunch, artisan coffees and an extensive drinks menu.

Opening times, from 10am – 5.00pm Wednesday – Saturday, and 12.00 – 5.00 on Sundays, with the intention of offering evening meals later in the season.
